Giving some thought to your practice session in advance will greatly enhance the experience for everyone. A well-planned session moves quickly from one activity to another other. It generally has three parts:

• Warm-Up - fun and simple drills which get players into the practice mode.
• Skill Building – age-appropriate drills and games that teach basic skills and tactics.
• Scrimmage - small-sided games that allows players to use the skills they have learned in game-like conditions
