All Club members and invited guest who attend any and all practice sessions,
games or Club functions fall within these guidelines

1. The Club has a strict policy regarding violence, be it physical or
verbal. Each occurrence that may fall under this rule is subject to an
arbitration and will be heard on a case by case basis. Each offending party
will have a right to be heard, if called before the EM Board of Directors.

2. All League Violations - are a matter of said league to handle as they see
fit. However the Club also reserves the right to impose a separate or
additional penalty or none at all. All fines handed down by any League our
teams may participate in, are to be paid in full by the offending team, even
as it applies to any individual, for instance, a parent, interested party,
player or coach.

3. Any game protests made are the responsibility of each team, this includes
any fees for such events

4. It is a teams obligation to inform the Club President, DOC, and Travel Commissioner
of any injury to any player or spectator, that may occur, to ensure that
proper paper work has been filed. This must be done in a timely manner.
Please do not decide on your own what may be important and what is not.
Please protect yourself and your Club at all times, report any out of the
ordinary instance that may happen. please use good judgment.

5. Red Cards and ejections must be reported to the club President, DOC, and Travel
Commissioner, within twenty four hours of the infraction.
